Welcome to RiDeal Mobility Drive Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and transportation services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including riders, drivers, and franchise partners.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Transportation Platform

RiDeal Mobility provides a technology platform that connects passengers with independent transportation providers. We facilitate:

• Taxi booking and ride-hailing services
• Motorcycle and bike transportation
• Car rental services
• Driver hiring services
• Corporate transportation solutions

2.2 Service Availability

• Services are available in select cities and areas
• Availability may vary based on demand and driver availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time
• Service features may vary by location

2.3 Third-Party Services

We act as an intermediary between riders and independent drivers. All transportation services are provided by third-party drivers who are independent contractors, not employees of Rideal Mobility.

3. User Eligibility

3.1 General Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain a valid payment method
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Account Registration

• You must create an account to use our services
• One account per person is permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Driver Requirements

Additional requirements apply to drivers, including:

• Valid driver's license and vehicle registration
• Vehicle insurance and safety inspections
• Background verification and document submission
• Compliance with local transportation regulations

4. User Obligations and Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or drivers
• Damage or interfere with our platform or services
• Share your account credentials with others

4.2 Rider Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be present and ready at the designated pickup time
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Follow safety guidelines and wear seatbelts
• Pay all applicable fares and fees

4.3 Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain valid licenses and insurance
• Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide professional and courteous service
• Accept rides in accordance with platform policies

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Fees

• Fares are calculated based on time, distance, and demand
• Additional fees may apply for tolls, waiting time, or special services
• Surge pricing may be applied during peak demand periods
• All prices include applicable taxes

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards
• UPI and digital wallets
• Cash payments (where available)
• Corporate billing accounts

5.3 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed automatically after ride completion
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Failed payments may result in account suspension
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Ride Cancellation

• Free Cancellation: Within 2 minutes of booking
• Cancellation Fee: ₹25 after 2 minutes or if driver has started moving
• No-Show Fee: ₹50 if rider doesn't show up after 5 minutes

6.2 Driver Cancellation

• Drivers may cancel for valid reasons (emergency, vehicle breakdown)
• Excessive cancellations may result in account penalties
• No charges apply for driver-initiated cancellations

6.3 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Processing fees may apply for certain refund requests

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Limitations

RiDeal Mobility is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers. We do not:

• Provide transportation services directly
• Control driver behavior or vehicle condition
• Guarantee service availability or response times
• Assume liability for driver actions or accidents

7.2 Insurance and Safety

• All drivers are required to maintain valid insurance
• Additional insurance coverage may be available
• Safety features are provided but not guaranteed
• Users assume responsibility for their personal safety

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Rideal Mobility and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our app or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

• You may terminate your account at any time through app settings
• Outstanding payments must be settled before termination
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance

9.2 Termination by RiDeal Mobility

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of other users or drivers
• Non-payment of fees
• Safety concerns

9.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to services will be immediately suspended
• Outstanding obligations remain in effect
• Some provisions survive termination

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

10.3 Dispute Resolution Process

1. Direct Negotiation: Contact our customer support first
2. Mediation: Attempt mediation through agreed mediator
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Bangalore (if required)
4. Court Proceedings: As a last resort

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or collective arbitration proceedings.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rideal Mobility.

11.2 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
