All orders placed on our website will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Sometimes we may offer free shipping for orders above a certain cart value — in that case shipping charges will be waived automatically.
We currently ship only within India. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you enter a P.O. Box address, kindly provide an alternate address where courier services are available.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email / SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can use that tracking number to track your order on the courier’s website.
During public holidays, festivals, or any unexpected events (e.g. natural calamities, courier strikes), delivery may be delayed. In such cases we will try to inform you as soon as possible. Please allow extra time for delivery during such circumstances.
If you receive damaged goods or if the shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with order details and photos of damaged packaging/products (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement/refund as per our return & refund policy.
